Returns

If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. Packages returned after 30 days are non-refundable.

In order to process a return, an email MUST be sent to

• The copy of your INVOICE would be your RMA. These are the requirement for Invoice request,

  2. Reason for Return (In a few words explain the problem)

Shipping Charges?

You will see the shipping charge based on order amount before checkout when ordering online.

When will my order be shipped?

Attitude by Ashley is fast! Usually all orders are shipped on the same day or the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped on the following business day.
